Multispecies + Future-making = Mineral Walk
Can we understand materials in another way, beyond natural resources to be exploited? Can we find common ground between ourselves and more-than-humans, like for example rocks, stones and minerals?
Mineral Walks attempt to explore this common ground, collapsing the boundaries between human and nature, living and nonliving. The location, the old limestone quarry in Limhamn, holds narratives of industrial history, geology, ecology, philosophy and mythology. In this walk, the figure of the mineral will guide us through deep time, from micro to macro scales. The session starts and ends with a sharing circle.
