Design + Innovation = Beyond the Future
Welcome to a panel discussion on how design as a method and driving force for innovation can be applied within tourism and other industries, especially when developing products/services and new business models.
In Beyond the Future, a project run by Tourism in Skåne and funded by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, three design studios were selected to develop 'The Campsite of the future’ – design concepts for camping and dining experiences connected to Skåneleden. Through co-creative and cross-disciplinary collaborations two of the concepts have been developed into prototypes during 2021.
