The Opening of Printed Meters

Konstnärernas Kollektivverkstad Textiltryck Malmö, in short Textiltryck Malmö, is a non-profit association whose purpose is to offer professional artists, craftsmen and designers workspaces and technical equipment for the production of mainly textile art.

Textiltryck Malmö was founded in 1983 and today it is supported by the City of Malmö and Region Skåne. Textiltryck Malmö is an artist-run member organization with about 50 connected artists and designers. The association has a board of five people who work with the operation of the workshop, joint exhibition projects, environmental improvements and to promote their profession and discipline. There are currently three employees in the association.

Textiltryck Malmö also works in project form to develop as a platform for the textile art in different ways.
